The firm is led by CEO Babak Taherkhani, who brings more than 20 years of experience in the UAE property market spanning prime residential sales, off-plan investment, and commercial advisory. Under his leadership, Capital Western has grown into a multilingual team of specialist consultants covering every major freehold community in Dubai, from Palm Jumeirah and Emirates Hills to Business Bay and the city's fastest-growing off-plan corridors.
